Jobs!
First things first. You must understand and agree upon the following premises:
- No contracts » Given our financial and legal limitations, we are unable to establish proper contracts of labor. We expect this to afflict in no way the seriousness and professionalism in which you treat your work.
- No wages » The form in which you will be rewarded for your work depends on the type of tasks you are assigned. This will be established during the negotiation of the job. However, no monthly wages are offered, because of the impersonal and distant nature of Second Life work.
- Reliability » In terms of commitment and reliability, if you belong to the vast majority of people who look for work in Second Life, just don’t bother. You will have to stick to deadlines and attend to meetings, on time!
- Voice chat » If you are unable to participate in voice meetings, the progress of the projects in which you participate will be impaired. This is not a mandatory requirement and by no means do we intend to invade the privacy of your identity – it is merely a fast and effective form of communication.
- Language Skills » This is a pet peeve of mine. plz dun type liek diz cos ur not kewl k?????? thx.
- Baby steps » Bear in mind that ChronoLabs is fairly new. This means we are still defining standards, procedures and such.
Having established that, these are the current needs at ChronoLabs:
- 3D Design: Work with prims, texturing, sculpting, optimizing prim-count, etc. This is all related to timepieces.
- Advertisement Design: Create catchy ads that highlight the best of our products in order to broaden their appeal.
- Ad-hoc Store Build: Build a store that fits the theme of ChronoLabs and its products… and our parcel boundaries!
