What is ChronoLabs?

ChronoLabs is a Second Life content-creation firm, located within the virtual boundaries of the Second Life world. We specialize in the invention, design, production and distribution of timepieces.

How is this related to jadSOFT?

We’re a subdivision of jadSOFT, which is a larger (in terms of developers and, sadly, customers) content-creation group. ChronoLabs and jadSOFT share  some customers, most traditions and -without question- the same spirit and values of content creation.

The Must-Have-On-Website Story

This is a long and boring story. I wrote this for a school assignment. When the semester was over, I thought of removing it but I read it once again and it made me chuckle.

During the development of Verbatime, I realized it wouldn’t look good on the product shelves of jadSOFT. Wait, scratch that – Verbatime would look good anywhere! But, indeed, it doesn’t match with the stuff jadSOFT makes: gadgets, pranks and weapons of mass destruction. Creating a new brand was in order.

Furthermore, I realized my fascination for timepieces (and their development) could be used to address certain markets in Second Life. Alas, not many developers or Second Life residents share this fascination with me. :(

Sadly, that has left me as a ringmaster without performers. But! That means I have the whole circus for myself!

Who are you?

My name is Pablo Cordon. You can find me on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Second Life and at cheap bars in Guatemala. In Second Life, I control two avatars: jadz0r Conover and Clock Engineer. The first makes stuff for jadSOFT and contract work, while the second specializes in ChronoLabs and in scaring people away from the Humble Sandbox.
